Frances T Pilch

Frances T. Pilch, PhD, is Professor Emeritus of Political Science from the United States Air Force Academy. Her areas of expertise are International Relations, the study of Genocide, and Violence against Women. She was awarded her BA in Political Science, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Connecticut and her MA and PhD in International Relations from Yale University. She was named the Case Carnegie Colorado Professor of the Year in 2011-2012, and received Fulbright-Hays and Fulbright awards to South Africa and Mongolia.
