Aswin Johnson

Aswin Johnson is quickly becoming one of the most highly respected biblical scholars. His passion for God, his love for studying the Bible, and his skill as a preferred public speaker are what makes him a contemporary voice worth listening to.

Aswin Johnson is an alumnus of the University of Maryland College Park where he double majored in English and Communications. He used the skills he learned in college to prepare him to become a teacher of Christian Discipleship at one of the largest churches in America.

Aswin is worth listening too because he has been blessed with the unique ability to take complex subject matters and tamp them down into simple, easily understandable morsels of information. His deep soothing voice has also lent itself to radio and other broadcasts as a respected voice-over actor.

Aswin Johnson and his wife, Tracy, have been married for seventeen years and they are the parents of one son, Aswin Johnson Jr. They live just outside of Baltimore, Maryland and attend church just outside of Washington D.C., at Reid Temple AME Church. Aswin is active in ministry, having most recently served as a Director of Community Development at the church.
