Kelly Walsh

Kelly Walsh is slightly obsessed with helping leaders, especially Fire and Emergency Services leaders, take on the challenge of leadership excellence. She has enjoyed a 20+ year career in Human Resources, including 10 years as the HR Partner for the Mesa Fire and Medical Department in Mesa, Arizona. She has also worked in the private sector for top global companies and in a non-profit.

Kelly earned her Master of Education degree from Northern Arizona University, became a leadership coach certified through the International Coach Federation, certified as a mediator, and is an avid author, speaker and entrepreneur. She is uniquely qualified to work with Fire and Emergency Services Departments and does so because she has watched their heroics, close up, for years and wants to give them the tools and assistance to meet challenges off the fire ground. First responders have a critical role in our world and she wants them to feel confident, capable and visionary in their leadership skills.
