Robyn Lucas is a survivor of domestic violence and coercive control whose women's fiction gives voice to experiences that are often difficult to name. After finding her way to Atlanta by way of Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Miami, and South Carolina, she built a career in communications and marketing before turning that same clarity toward fiction.
Today, she lives in North Carolina with her husband, who proudly serves at Fort Bragg, and together they are raising their beautifully blended family of six incredible children. Her beloved dog, Trooper, faithfully kept her company through the launch of Paper Doll Lina and, though he is no longer here to celebrate its five-year anniversary, he remains a cherished part of her story.
Robyn is also the author of speculative thrillers written under the pen name Bobbie Carmichael. A passionate advocate for survivors, she is available for virtual book club visits and library conversations at no cost.
