C. LLOYD BROWN is the Founder and CEO of Refined Completions, LLC, a technology-driven completion company based in Amarillo, Texas. A lifelong entrepreneur, industry innovator, and mentor, he also created the Refined By FailureŽ coaching practice, helping entrepreneurs, executives, and leadership teams navigate complexity, strengthen culture, and grow through adversity. He is the author of Refined By Failure: Breaking Rules and Getting Burned and Refining Through Failure: The Guide. Lloyd lives in Amarillo with his wife, Lora. They have one daughter, Bailey Brown, of whom they are enormously proud.
