Ted Wallace

Ted Wallace brings over 30 years of experience in leadership, coaching, and consulting to the fields of personal and

professional development. He holds Master’s degrees in Computer Science and Neuroscience, and is completing his PhD in Physiology. As a Certified Team Coach and Registered Corporate Coach, he has logged thousands of hours guiding individuals, teams, leaders, and organizations toward greater value creation.

Ted currently serves as a technical coach at Principal Financial Group, where he has led enterprise AI initiatives and helps teams embrace the Agile mindset. His unique combination of technical expertise and deep understanding of human potential allows him to bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and the people who use it. He has worked in both startup and corporate environments, and finds his greatest satisfaction in watching individuals and organizations grow.

Ted’s passion lies at the intersection of habit change and culture transformation. He has co-authored several books and courses on this subject with his father, Dr. Robert Keith Wallace, a pioneering researcher in the physiology of consciousness. Their collaborations include Total Brain Coaching, The Coherence Code, Self Empower, and Igniting Your Liquid Intelligence.

Ted lives in Iowa with his amazing wife, Danielle, and their wonderful children Jayce, Kyran, and Myka.
