I have been writing for a number of years and started writing with a series of books that were long poems or "raps" on mental health recovery. These were written as problems to be solved and understood as often this is the case with getting out of mental health problems from my own experience.

I live in the Cotswolds and I was looking for a job at the height of a recession. I managed to get one and competed with the in-house staff of a company. It was very challenging finding work then and I only had one month morgage payment that I could make and so needed a job desperately. As I applied myself I found there was a job seeking process that could be relied upon to get a good outcome. My latest book "Trust in the Job Seeking Process" is written to remind the readers that if this process is trusted it helps to remove the stressful emotional side of finding a job.

My book is currently being purchased by :-

1. Teenagers considering applying for jobs.

2. People who have been made redundant and are seeking support in entering the job market again

3. People facing mental health challenges in applying and searching for jobs.

When searching for job opportunities it can be a difficult and very demotivating task.

I wrote this book as a support and aid for a smart read covering all the different aspects of job searching. It reminds readers when they are feeling low and demotivated to remember that the actual task of finding work is a process, and that process can be trusted upon when looking for a job.

Often I find books have a lot of text to read through to get to the key points and so I decided to write a book with pertinent text that was not too long and written under key headings for quick reference, acting as a checklist to almost tick off.

Job hunting is a series of different tasks and stages and by focusing on the job in hand or the process of finding and applying for a job, the process will produce an outcome helping to bypass the emotional stress normally associated with job searching.

This book also acts as a kind of check list to help to ensure all the different aspects of job searching are taken into account including managing money on the way, considering what to put into a CV and remember to keep one's spirits up whilst trusting in the job seeking process.

Rather than searching in a piece meal fashion to study all the various topics on the internet this book contains the key elements in a one stop shop saving time and energy.

One person has purchased the book to help his teenage daughters for example as they begin their careers after school.
