Annette Eberhart

Annette Eberhart is an author, early childhood leader, advocate, speaker, podcast host, and entrepreneur whose writing is deeply influenced by more than two decades of lived experience as a family child care educator, business owner, mother, grandmother, and community leader.

Her books reflect the many dimensions of her journey, from supporting children, families, and educators to exploring resilience, self-care, personal growth, and the power of sharing our stories. Her published works include Creative Hands, the Best Practices for Parents series, Super Me Time, and her contribution to For the Grandchildren, Volume I, where her story, “From Silence to Strength,” reflects a deeply personal journey of finding and using her voice.

For Annette, writing is another form of advocacy. She uses her experiences to create resources and stories that encourage readers to reflect, grow, and recognize the value of their own experiences. Whether writing for children, parents, educators, or women navigating their own seasons of change, authenticity remains at the center of her work.

Annette holds an Associate of Science degree in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education Leadership. She is also continuing her studies in early childhood policy through the University of Florida.

Beyond writing, Annette is a national presenter and trainer and the host of Best Practices Unveiled, where she creates space for authentic conversations around leadership, advocacy, wellness, entrepreneurship, and early childhood education.
