Michael Schepers

I live in Guelph, Ontario, Canada and operate a garden design and maintenance business. In the last five years the work load of the early morning chores has lessoned and I have taken that time to write. There are similarities between creating and editing a book and planning a garden. There beside me each morning are excess words pinched and culled from the poem to make the spacing and meter of the piece perfect. Next year, after they have been in the compost for a season, they will come back and will help with planting of new thoughts.
