Reed Phillips

Reed Phillips is the Chairman of Oaklins International, one of the world's largest mid-market investment banking organizations with 850 professionals in 45 countries. As an investment banker, Reed and his firm have completed more than 400 M&A transactions, capital raises and valuations for clients or buyers such as Microsoft, The New York Times, Conde Nast, TripAdvisor, Oracle, WPP, Deloitte, News Corp, ABRY Partners, Capgemini, Thomson Reuters, Bonnier AB, S&P Global and Great Hill Partners. He is a graduate of Duke University.
