Leigh Gardener

Leigh Gardener spent twenty-five years as an early childhood teacher. Inspired by this experience, she has written books that speak to issues that children face today. Leigh has worked as both writer and editor for the Naval Postgraduate School Officer Wives magazine in Monterey, CA. Leigh lives in Savannah, GA, where she loves strolling the sands of Tybee Beach with her favorite pirates, Ava, Merry, Luke and Jimmy.
