Living in the beautiful County of West Yorkshire. The Special Ones is my first novel which is based on an idea I have had in my head for about 30 years. The book is set in the West Country as that was where I was born and raised and was still living there when the idea first came to me. I have always loved reading crime fiction and started as a young teen devouring every Agatha Christie novel that the local library could provide me with. I am therefore delighted that my next book will be a Golden Age crime novel, set in 1930. Watch this space for further updates.
