Scott McGregor

Scott McGregor, CD, BCom, LL.M, DBA Candidate, is a veteran intelligence professional with experience across military, law enforcement, and private-sector roles. A former Canadian military intelligence analyst and Special Provincial Constable with the Attorney General of BC, he served as Senior Intelligence Advisor to RCMP E-Div Federal Serious and Organized Crime, pioneering hybrid warfare analysis in domestic threat environments. His work on transnational organised crime, threat finance, and foreign interference exposed systemic vulnerabilities in Canada’s financial system and contributed to the 8nitiatuon of the Cullen Commission on Money Laundering. As Managing Partner of Close Hold Intelligence Consulting Ltd., he advises governments, corporations, and law firms on strategic risk and national security. McGregor is a Senior Fellow with the Council on Countering Hybrid Warfare and the Frontier Centre for Public Policy.
