With more than two decades of experience developing leaders and learning organizations, Dr. Islam brings a distinctive perspective to leadership, resilience, teamwork, and personal growth.
He is the lead researcher of a peer-reviewed study examining the relationship between pickleball participation and leadership development, published in the International Journal of Social Science and Business.
His latest book, *Pickleball Wisdom: 100 Stoic Lessons for Leadership, Character, and the Next Point*, explores how everyday moments on the pickleball court reveal practical wisdom that readers can apply to their personal and professional lives.
His other works include *Pickleball Leadership* and leadership development resources for educators, professionals, and teams.
