Michele D. Clark

Michele D. Clark, born and raised in Harvey, Illinois, a small town near the southside of Chicago, is affectionately known as a "Hope Dealer", "happiness coach" and "change agent". Michele launched LIFT Life Coaching Solutions, LLC because she wanted to be that beacon of light for women who have endured similar life-altering events. From domestic violence, sexual assault and divorce to two strokes and stage-two breast cancer, she has been in the trenches of trauma and knows what it’s like to come out victoriously on the other side. It was paramount for Michele to share her story of sexual trauma to encourage other women to shed their self-limiting baggage of secrets. She asserts that, in order to tame the negative effects of trauma, we have to name it. Michele’s mission is to empower women to realize their self-worth, remove themselves from debilitating environments and toxic people, and experience a breakthrough to birth their authentic self.
