I'm Tysha Wright, a happy mom who has reached the age of 50. I’ve managed to stay fit and energetic thanks to my passion and the application of innovative dietary techniques to exercise for over 20 years.
After a problematic adolescence and years of discomfort due to my physical health, I graduated in food science. I spent my life studying and applying different pisco-physical food techniques to reach an optimal weight and, above all, maintain it over time without the use of extreme or impractical diets.
In my books, I describe all my experiences and the use of my knowledge at the service of everyone who had the need or just the desire to lead a healthy life without giving up the small pleasures at the table.
