Dr. C. Venugopal, Author, consultant and coach, runs Krysalis Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd., (www.krysalisco.com) a boutique management consultancy, that has helped hundreds of firms big and small .He helps entrepreneurs take their ideas and shape them into successful businesses. An IIT engineer, with management qualifications from Jamnalal Bajaj and a Ph.D. in management, he has decades of experience in corporations in senior positions.

He writes and lectures on management topics and guides young professionals and firms in becoming better versions of themselves.

He is the author of two books , Unchained (2022) and BYOB- Be Your Own Boss (2021).

His latest book Unchained , in the self help genre, reminds us that we are talented and have a right to become achievers and lead fulfilling lives. Our insecurities and beliefs hold us back to a lesser life. Unchained helps us break free and be happy.
