Nick Howell has spent over 20 years in the field of people development. His focus for the most of this time has been on coaching and leadership. His belief in the power and potential in leaders and managers to enable people growth and performance is translated into his passion for coaching. As a performance and behaviour coach he works with individuals and teams to bring about learning and change for themselves. As a trainer of coaches and mentors he has worked with thousands of employees, leaders and managers to become effective workplace coaches. It is from his coaching experiences that his first book has evolved.
