Tara Rethore

Throughout her career, Tara has led strategy development and execution within large global organizations and as a highly valued consultant. Today, as CEO of Strategy for Real, Tara guides executives, CEOs, and boards in lifting strategy out of the abstract and into action. A recognized expert in strategy, governance, and executive leadership, she brings a global perspective to her clients which include mid-sized organizations in varied industries, nonprofits and associations. Tara also serves on several boards. A graduate of Mount Holyoke College, she also earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School.
