Recently BB utilizied her entrepreneurial savvy while coaching bright, motivated financial advisors who want to start, run and grow their own RIAs. In just eight years, XY Planning Network, (XYPN) has become the leading membership organization for fee-for-service financial advisors.
In 2002 BB founded and grew her Atlanta based, award-winning Carl House venue before selling it in 2017 and moving to Bozeman, MT. Upon arriving to Bozeman she served on the faculty at MSU's Jake Jabs College of Business and Entrepreneurship and worked with small businesses as Executive Coach through her speaking/coaching entity, Arriving with BB Webb, LLC.
In 2014 BB published her book, Build Your Business: BB Webb’s “Notes From the Highwire!” She is the creator and former host of the successful cable access television program ‘Living Life with Style’ and co-contributor to a Jack Canfield, Jim Rohn book entitled, ‘Rising to the Top’ and wrote a successful column for Southern Distinction Magazine.
In 2014 BB was nominated as one of the ‘Most Powerful and Influential Women in Atlanta’ by Atlantan Magazine and was featured in Gwinnett Magazine's ‘People to Know’ 12 years in a row. A business contributor to the Ken Coleman Radio Show, BB also served on the Board of Advisors to AIESEC International, UGA chapter.
BB was a finalist for the 2016 Pinnacle Award for Best Woman-Owned Business through the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce. In 2012 she was selected as one of 10 Top Female Leaders in North Atlanta and was named Barrow County’s ‘Business Woman of the Year’. In 2010 BB was selected as one of five finalists for the coveted WE Excel Award by the NAWBO, Atlanta Chapter and appeared as a ‘Hard Knocks’ judge in the CBS program, ‘The Next Tycoon’. In 2008 she was awarded by Catalyst Magazine as one of the top 5 entrepreneurs to watch in Atlanta.
With an early career in the performing arts, BB wrote, produced and toured her own one woman play, 'Through Ruby's Eyes' throughout the country before diving into her next chapter as business entrepreneur and coach.
