Heather E. F. Carter

Heather E. F. Carter writes historical romance filled with love, intrigue, and danger. A Southern California native with family roots in Northern England, she studied European and medieval history at UCLA and Cal State Fullerton. Her research inspired The Black Unicorn, set in 1792 North Yorkshire. Heather lives in San Diego with her musician husband, their twins, and their Labrador.
