Kate Oliver

Kate is a Chartered Coaching Psychologist, Chartered Business Psychologist and Executive Coach with over 30 years’ experience.

She has been featured in The Times, The Daily Telegraph, The iPaper, The Mirror, The Daily Mail, The Express, Psychologies, Stylist, Sainsbury's Magazine, Waitrose Weekend, Closer, Bella, Health & Wellbeing, Happily, and many more publications.

Kate has coached thousands of senior executives, leaders, middle managers, high potential leaders and their teams in a wide range of UK and global organisations.

She combines her years of psychological insight and expertise with the latest evidence-based thinking in areas including neuroscience, somatics and mindfulness, to create practical, flexible solutions that help people learn to thrive and be at their best.

'Rise and Shine – How to transform your life, morning by morning', is Kate's first book and was published by Piatkus in December 2021. She wrote it with her brother, Toby Oliver, a registered therapist and yoga and meditation teacher.

It has already been translated into Italian ("Il Potere della Morning Routine') and Romanian and will soon also be available in Polish . It is already available through Amazon in most other places in the world, and will be published in the USA in January 2023.
