Wayne Beck

Wayne Beck is a 33-year retired police officer that worked in both city and university settings. He holds an MA in Spanish linguistics from Brigham Young University. On the frontlines, he is deeply familiar with life's challenges and traumas, and with courageous triumphs and success. Beck has dedicated his life to supporting, mentoring and encouraging the lives of young people through his work and writing.

Wayne lives among the mountains of Utah and enjoys hiking and jogging trails. He has four children and seven grandchildren with his wife, Jenny. They are always working on, maintaining and upgrading their old home and taking care of a small orchard and garden.
