Mark Gelinas

Mark Gelinas was born in New England but didn’t stay there long. As an Air Force dependent and while in the Navy, he lived throughout the United States and Canada. During his Navy career, he enjoyed three tours as an instructor. This prepared him for later work as a technical writer.

While enlisted, he wrote shorter pieces for various magazines. In 2005, NaNoWriMo showed him he could write longer pieces.

Mark now lives in Georgia.
