Charm Joy Der

Charm Joy Der, MA Ed, is a wife, mother to two inquisitive and energetic young sons, an entrepreneur, and a community Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) educator and strategist. She is passionate about DE&I and belonging and aims to provide a space where all children see themselves within literature as well as creating a foundation of love, happiness, and self-esteem for children. In her debut children's book "My Happiness Counts" she takes children on an exciting counting journey to discover that happiness is within and all around them.
