Gene Roncone

Gene Roncone has been a seasoned pastor, leader, author and storyteller whose ministry now focuses on creating digital resources that strengthen and inspire ministers and churches. After years of serving as District Superintendent of the Rocky Mountain Ministry Network, Gene has stepped into a new season of creative content contribution. Gene continues to support church leaders through practical training materials, pastoral care tools, leadership development resources, and narrative-driven content that blends faith, history, and real-world wisdom. Gene has also received numerous awards for community problem solving and is an accomplished author. His books have been on Amazon’s top selling lists for Christian clergy on topics related to church leadership and discipleship. In addition, he is also the founder and curator of the Charles T. Crabtree School of Ministry (CSM). The Crabtree School of Ministry is a sixteen-week mentoring cohort designed to train emerging leaders for their first lead pastorate.
