His mission is to help do HR better and to contribute to the science of understanding people at work. Christopher works, speaks, and presents across the United States at Fortune 500 companies, professional conferences, and universities. He is employed at Comcast NBC Universal in Learning and Development with a specific focus on business impact. Christopher lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia with his wife and two sons.
