Estrella Cudmore is a Certified Professional Coach who, through her coaching practice Loran Coaching, works with individuals and couples facing life changes – or wanting life changes – so they can be navigated with confidence, setting a course to optimal living. This includes engaged couples, empty-nesters, recent college graduates, people facing career changes, and retirees, among others.
