Sally Alter

Sally Alter is the author of fifteen fiction and nonfiction books. She has written extensively on bipolar disorder and has a book on loneliness, a memoir, a book of poetry, three novellas, and one short story. She has also written three novels, three novellas, and one short story under her pen name, Dorothy Alter. She also writes for Quora, with 60 million views and a following of 25,000 readers. She was born in London, but currently lives in Texas with her cat Greta. When she is not writing, she paints in oils and makes collages.
