E. Louis Mantsch

American author, tabletop game designer, Air Force veteran, and registered nurse, he lives in Southern California with his Mexican husband in a bilingual household. Inspired by the multilingual skills of his nieces, who speak several languages, he created the "I Say..." book series to promote language learning and cultural appreciation.
