Benedict Urlaub

Benedict Urlaub is an up-and-coming author of erotica. He is a talented author, teacher, and poet. He writes erotic short stories and tries to show that it is not sex that creates pleasure, but the feelings, experiences, and connections between the two people involved that make the pleasure. He says: “You will learn to use a woman for your own purposes, to dominate her physically, emotionally, and sexually. She will, in turn, teach you the pleasures and joys of genuine love with a wife, girlfriend, or loyal partner.”

All of his stories are works of literary erotica. His stories focus on the complex sexual relationships between men and women. He says: “I write erotica because I am passionate about my ideas.” His stories are short reads of 5,000 words or less. However, he did translate the famous German erotica novel, Josefine Mutzenbacher, into English.

He lives in Raleigh, NC where he writes much of his erotic writing. He has spoken at gatherings. His wife has inspired him to pursue this genre. All of his work has been well received and some of his short stories have won awards.

On the day he planned to write his most sexually erotic story, he had a series of unsettling feelings. When he finished, he said: “It was very satisfying, yet a challenging experience in discovering new ways to express sexual desire. I learned a lot.”

"Sometimes, while I am working on a scene, my wife and I act it out to see how it would look in real life. We film our sessions so that when I write, I review the footage to see what happens and how I can describe the actions for the reader. I may embellish a bit, but all for the betterment of the action."

He writes about his passion in his works:

“I write literary erotica to draw the reader in with the lure of sex and sensuality, then peel the layers of the onion, giving the emotional and sexual connection between the lovers the clarity it deserves.”

“My goal is to inspire you to enjoy the bond of love and teach the subtle secrets of sexuality to other lovers."
