Rick Yvanovich FCMA CGMA FCPA MSc CCMP CCMC CBC MCH PCC is a Chief Master Coach, serial entrepreneur, author, accountant, and speaker with a Life Purpose to inspire and transform professionals for balanced fulfilment.

As the founder and CEO of TRG International, Rick brings over 40 years of experience across industries—IT, talent, oil & gas, finance, F&B, and property development—into a unique coaching approach that empowers individuals and teams.

Originally from the UK, Rick has worked in China, Singapore, Switzerland, and Vietnam. Posted to BP Vietnam in 1990, he became one of the longest-standing British expats there. Rick previously served on the board of BritCham Vietnam and currently chairs RMIT Vietnam’s Industry Advisory Committee.
