I live in Scotland with my wife, who gave me the push I needed to place the stories that have been in my head for many years, onto paper

I spent 13 years in the Royal Air Force working on Avionics Systems, and I have been working in the Oil and Gas Industry for the last 25 years, first as a Controls and Instrumentation Technician and for the last five years as an Engineer in Process Control.

I was medevacced with a severe headache in October 2019, subsequently I developed Neuropathy in my left leg, and have been signed off work since then. When the Covid Pandemic started my Mental Health was severely affected, all these events prompted my wife to encourage me to put pen to paper in the belief this would help my mental health and give me a new focus and purpose.

I enjoy reading, primarily Science Fiction and Fantasy works, and recently Steampunk, but I will read anything. I also enjoy studying and researching any subject that takes my interest.
