Debra Burns

Debra Burns is on a mission to inspire women of all ages to BLOOM : Biblically Living Out Our Mission!

She started Bloom in Jax Community Group in 2018. Currently reaching over 550 women in NE Florida. She hopes to equip you to start your own Bloom Community Group or book club where you live.

She is the Founder of Bloom with Deb, an author, spiritual mentor, host of the Bloom with Deb Podcast and YouTube Channel. In 2024 Debra created the Living with Cancer Podcast.

With over 33 years of ministry experience, Debra writes from her experiences to help those who are facing unexpected challenges in life. For teens and young adults she wrote a practical and biblical workbook titled "Shaken: What's Next When Your Parents are Splitting UP?" To enhance your experience while using the interactive workbook, go to: "Shaken by Debra Burns" on YouTube where she provides an introductory video for each chapter for her readers.

From her extensive study of Song of Songs, she started her Bloom series with Chapter one in "Learning to Bloom: Experience the Journey Toward Spiritual Growth." In 2025 she released the second book in the series called, "Time to Bloom: A Transformative Journey to Discover Your Worth" which continues the message from Song of Songs Chapter 2. She is currently working on the third book in the Bloom series.

In 2021 Debra was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer during chemo treatments she wrote "Grace Through the Darkness: 30 Devotionals to Strengthen Those Battling Cancer." Which led her to facilitate an online support group through Inheritance of Hope and launch a new podcast called, "The Living with Cancer Podcast" which offers over 1,600 listeners to comfort, compassion, and community.

Debra's first children's book called, "Big or Small God Cares About it All," was inspired in 2020 and the artist, Grace Rapert helped bring Suzy Q to life with her dynamic illustrations in 2023.
