Antonio Chirico is a lawyer and resides in Lecce. He spent his childhood in Torre Santa Susanna, in the province of Brindisi. “Raimondo The Squire”, “Two Kings and Two Popes” and "The Kingdom into the Kingdom" are his first books, which are a translation of "Ramondo lo scudiero" published in Italy and awarded SECOND PLACE at the eighth edition of the national literary prize "EQUILIBRI", "NOVEL" section, 2026. He is also the author in Italy of “Who does not love his brother” (2024) and “You shall have no woman other than me” (2024). This latest book was a finalist in the 2025 edition of the Argentario literary competition and in the XX edition of the Mario Luzi International Prize, 2024/2025, section VI, "Premio Italia".
