Peter Valdez

Peter Valdez III is the third Peter in his family and the oldest of 29 grandchildren. To differentiate him from his father and grandfather, the family nicknamed him Lil Peter.

Get Up, Lil Peter. Get Up! is a tribute to his grandfather and one of many life lessons he learned as a child. Putting that story together—his first—was such a fun process that he and his wife co-wrote many more stories, steeped with impactful lessons from Peter's childhood.

Peter lives in the Pacific Northwest with his wife and co-author, Tasche, and their dogs Story & Page. He enjoys coaching soccer whenever he gets the chance.
