Morgane ROLLANDO

Morgane Rollando is an Operating Partner, Board Member, and international keynote speaker with 25 years of experience in M&A, business transformation, and restructuring across 40 countries.

She is co-founder of VegaVision, a consulting firm that serves as a neutral sparring partner for scale-up CEOs and organizations navigating turbulent transformation — specializing in strategic realignment when initial business plans need rethinking. A serial entrepreneur and investor herself, she brings firsthand skin-in-the-game insight to every engagement.

Her signature approach treats organizations as living ecosystems rather than mechanical systems, focusing on purpose alignment and organizational robustness.

Morgane is the author of two workbooks on purpose-driven transformation, creator of the S.O.U.L.® Framework and the Economic Tree of Life methodology, and a contributing author to Global Voices: Shaping the Future (2026). She holds an MBA from RSM Erasmus University and is a member of the Global Speakers Federation.
