Ruth Waters

Ruth Waters is a collage artist and author. Ruth has written and illustrated a series of picture books and was shortlisted for the World Illustration Awards 2019 and 2020. She makes her illustrations by hand (sometimes mixing in a bit of digital) using textured paper that she creates herself using old painting brushes, rollers and even toothbrushes resulting in unique and tactile pictures.
