Han Sam Lai

Han Sam, aka Sam, is the Founder of Lifework Coaching. She is a transition coach who works exclusively with successful women who want better work-life balance, fulfilling relationships, productive careers and financial freedom. Her vision is to empower every woman to live a life of clarity, freedom and deep joy. Clients love her empathetic, candid and supportive style.

Sam has more than 20 years of experience navigating the corporate world with a NASDAQ listed company, leading high performing teams and coaching associates in sales, marketing, operations, support and client management. These are valuable skills she brings to the coaching process. Sam’s last role as a Senior Sale Executive, was responsible for market direction and strategies related to the Singapore healthcare market, managing a SGD$140 million dollar pipeline.

No stranger to change, her transition from being a pharmacist to working in a multi-national healthcare IT company to starting her own company as a coach, reflects her coaching style of exploring the unknown and remaining curious about life.

Her clients include Founders, Entrepreneurs, Chief Executives and Mid-Level Managers in MNC’s, Corporate Professionals with backgrounds hailing from Sustainability Management, Legal, Retail, Technology, Banking, Media, Marketing, Accountancy, Finance and Startups.

She lives in Singapore with her husband and 4 growing up young adults, her hands full between her personal life and work. Her challenges of being a wife, mother and a full-time worker stretch her balancing skills and her decision to live a purposeful life. Sam is an avid reader, gamer, baker, cook, dead lifter and jazz lover.
