A multidisciplinary artist from the Netherlands, I began creating art professionally for educational children’s books and magazines. Since then, my work has expanded to include a wide variety of products. You can find my art in (and on) books, puzzles, games, fabric collections, stationery, pottery, and other types of home décor.

I’m probably best known for my bright use of color. I have a big love for using the traditional art materials like gouache, crayons, acrylics, watercolor, pencils, and ink and then untraditionally mix and combine them with digital techniques and collage. Next, I also enjoy writing, experimenting with lettering, sculpture, felting, and ceramics. (I guess I just like to make things. LOTS of it).

My mission is to create art that puts a smile on your face.
