Josh and Sarah Bowmar here! Josh was an athletic all American and academic all American for two years, he has won dozens of body building shows, and is an IFBB Pro. Sarah has her undergrad and MBA in marketing. We are both certified fitness nutritional specialists and certified personal trainers. Additionally, Sarah is a prenatal and postpartum certified trainer. We own almost a dozen businesses together and have almost 2 million followers across on social media platforms!
