Raimundo Mota

Raimundo Teixeira Mota Neto was born in São Luís, Maranhão, where he resides, on January 17, 1960. He is the oldest of three siblings. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Law from the Federal University of Maranhão in July 1983. He completed his first postgraduate course in Political Philosophy at Unicamp and later earned another lato sensu postgraduate degree in Ethics and Political Philosophy from Unyleya. He has taught courses in Philosophy of Law and Introduction to Legal Studies at higher education institutions. He served as a Tax Auditor for the Revenue Service in Maranhão. Currently, he is dedicated to the art of writing, pursuing an endless quest to better understand people and himself, seeking meaning in each of his experiences and encounters.
