Chris Chapman

Chris Chapman is Emeritus Professor of Management Science in the University of Southampton's Business School. He is an experienced international consultant who is well known for many innovative management tools which were initially developed while working for clients addressing the management of uncertainty, opportunity and risk. He has made developing better management decision making practice the basis of his academic research since his career as an academic began.

Chris has published widely in leading refereed journals as well as in books for academic, professional and student markets. He is a past President of the Operational Research Society. He was the founding chair of the Association for Project Management Specific Interest Group on Project Risk Management. He is an Honorary Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
