Nicole is the Founder of Chance 2 Dance, INC. (C2D) a non-profit movement arts, dance organization with a mission to embrace a community of limitless dancers. Nicole designed and opened Florida’s first inclusive and accommodating dance studio in Maitland, FL. C2D specializes in dance classes for varying exceptionalities, special needs, and disabilities. She is also owner of the elite-training dance company, Odyssey Dance Co. ODC encourages artistic self-discovery, creative exploration, and quality technique programming that also promotes inclusion advocacy in our local youth community. Nicole is a multi-award winning business person; being named 2020 Orlando’s 40 Under 40, Orlando Family Magazine: May 2020 Superwoman of the Year and 2019 Orlando Business Journal ‘Diversity in Business’ honoree. Nicole is passionate about creating inclusive experiences, environments and accommodating atmospheres through her newest endeavor; Inclusive Impact Initiative (III) where Nicole co-authored her second children’s book, Peter Pan in EverLand: An Inclusive Retelling of the Classic Tale with Andrea Piazza, III Co-Founder.
