Yudhajit

Bikash Paul Choudhury alias Yudhajit had retired as the Chief Engineer, PHE Department of Meghalaya in 2017. After doing the Bachelor of Engineering from the Regional Engineering College, Durgapur, he completed the Master in Engineering in Public Health from the All India Institute of Hygiene & Public Health, Kolkata. After a brief stint in Private Sector, Bikash joined PHE Department where he spent his entire service life for 37 years.

He wrote in 2021 three fiction novels in a series Lucy’s Trilogy, viz. “Ecstasy on the Mountain”, “Over a Long Night” and “Seashore at Twilight” under his pen name Yudhajit.

Though a late starter in writing, Bikash is also a budding poet with a passion for pencil sketching. His books carried the impressions of all aspects of his versatile personality, but his tales were told with courage and honesty. His first and third novels are best sellers number one in two of the fantasy categories on amazon..

Author Bikash Paul Choudhury came up with his fourth book titled "The Unending Trail - Journey of a Commoner", an autobiographical novel in July 2022 which has been a best sellers number one on amazon.
