Noah Daniel Stern is a self-taught home cook from New York City. He has been cooking since he was diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2011, unhappy with the food options at his disposal. Since then, his passion for cooking has led to developing countless recipes, cooking dinner parties for hire, and advocating for the improvement of kitchen skills for young adults. After graduating from University of Wisconsin in 2019, he moved back to New York to pursue a career in the restaurant industry. After graduating from Institute of Culinary Education, studying restaurant and culinary management, he hopes to work in restaurant management and eventually own and operate his own food business.
