Phil Wilton

Phil Wilton received his MBA from the University of Liverpool, UK, and is certified in strategic studies from Cornell and Harvard Business School, USA. His executive career spanned technology multinationals based in Europe and the USA, both in sales and operations. Throughout his career Phil encountered different strategies some that did not bring the desired results. He designed the Simple Strategic Planning Matrix, based on systems thinking that would view a whole organization in relation to its environment. The subsequent strategic model he offers enables organizations to build valued strategic plans that are actionable, measurable and can be successfully implemented.
