Roberta L Davis

As a self-described introvert, with a passion for developing others, Roberta Davis has continued to expand her talents by publishing her first book, Count It All Joy, a tribute to her son. After a successful 35-year manufacturing career, she founded and serve as President for Operation Be You, Inc.; a non-profit to develop and empower teen girls. June 2020, Roberta and her two sisters, Dana and Pamela authored a book for teen girls, "A Journey to Find Me." Roberta is also the CEO / President of Genba Gold Development Consultants, LLC. She holds a BA in Organizational Management and is a Certified Organizational Development Coach. She resides in Georgetown, KY with her husband and is a proud grandmother of three.
