Sierra Bailey

Sierra Bailey is an artist, writer, and entrepreneur dedicated to building community through creativity, conversation, and thoughtful connection. Based in Austin, Texas, she is the founder and CEO of Maeve House, a social club for member-events and coworking, welcoming those seeking genuine connection in an often disconnected world.

A lifelong maker, Sierra’s career has spanned painting, jewelry design, authorship, and small-business leadership. Before founding Maeve House, she spent more than a decade running her jewelry brand, Manic Trout, which appeared in over sixty national publications including Elle, InStyle, Marie Claire, and Southern Living, and on television shows such as Gossip Girl and Criminal Minds.

Sierra’s work celebrates curiosity, color, and the joy of creating. Through both art and entrepreneurship, she champions the idea that meaningful work and meaningful relationships are inseparable. She lives in Austin with her husband, Adam, and their rescue dogs—Fiona, Bessie, and Maeve, the namesake of Maeve House.
