Constance S. Johnson, M.Ed.

Certified School Counselor

Constance, affectionately known as Connie, grew up in a suburb outside Chicago, Illinois. She has wanted to teach for as long as she can remember. She can even recall playing school being one of her favorite things to do as a young child.

Seeking to accomplish her goal, she graduated from Tuskegee University with a B.S. in Elementary Education. Later, her heart required that she equip herself with new ways to help her students work through traumas and become their greatest selves. So, she returned to the “well” to get her M.Ed. in School Counseling from the University of West Alabama.

She has worked in the field of education for 16 years and is in her seventh year as an elementary school counselor. When she is not dreaming up ways to impact her students, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
